The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Faraday is set above the historic town of Penryn,with far reaching views over the town and estuary towards Pendennis and St Mawes castles.The two bedroomed flat is a 4* visit England self catering holiday accommodation and comes fully equipped for your stay.It is situated close to the Penryn University which is a five minute walk and a short two minute walk to the train station,which will take you to Falmouth which has an array of pubs and restaurants we are also close to a large supermarket

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

Bright, spacious flat near sandy beach & Falmouth

My place is close to a sandy beach with beautiful coastal walks right outside the flat & sea views less than a minute away .Maenporth beach is a 5 min walk down the hill with a lovely cafe overlooking the sea & Falmouth is about a 10 minute drive away . It is a ground floor ,non smoking flat and no pets are allowed. All linen & bedding (low allergenic)is provided . It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or families. You need a car to fully enjoy the area.

With its unique location & gorgeous views it's the perfect escape and is fully equipped with gas central heating, French bed linen, towels, etc for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking but isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises.

The Maritime Museum in Events Square and the town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. Just a short (steep!) walk to the quirky High Street and The Moor with their great pubs and restaurants, and a 25 minute walk to Gyllyngvase Beach (or a 5 minute drive). The flat occupies the top 2 floors of a 19th century terraced house. And it has its own parking space.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
