Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

There is underfloor heating throughout making the space warm and inviting to return to after a surf! The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

With a private driveway parking spot right outside you can be on the beach or in the sea in a couple of minutes! The apartment also has a south facing deck and landscaped garden area so you can make the most of the sun on your holiday. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and the town centre is a km away.

Apartment is luxuriously furnished and equipped, with on site parking. Rooms have super king size beds, bed can also be split into twin beds in 2nd bedroom. It's perfect space for beach holiday!

A footpath runs from the lane across the golf course to fistral beach 450m away. Nearby Fistral complex, Fore Street and the Harbour all have excellent restaurants and cafes. Sandy Toes is one of two studios next to our family home with parking and all the facilties to have an amazing stay. King size bed and bed settee suitable for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
