Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Sunset Cottage on Bass Lake

Sunset Cottage is the perfect retreat any time of year! The cottage boasts stunning views and sits directly on 520-acre Bass Lake. A cozy yet updated 2 bedroom 1 bath home complete with all the modern amenities. Spend the day dangling your feet off the dock or jump in to enjoy the lake with all the provided water toys. Relax with an evening fire and watch the breathtaking sunsets. Close to everything! 7 mins to Lake Michigan beaches, 10 mins to downtown Pentwater, and 15 mins to Ludington.

Family-friendly Pentwater cottage w/ big yard

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Crowded Table Pentwater is a new construction family friendly home located within the Village of Pentwater. 9 short blocks to Mears State Park Beach and 7 blocks to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Enjoy a peaceful wooded lot in a home loaded with family friendly features. This is our family cottage and we want you to enjoy it the same way we do. Walk to ice cream every day, go to the beach, cook up a storm and relax. We also have a sneaky kitchen table that seats 12 and 5 island seats.

ENJOY our log cabin retreat on 8 acres in Pentwater! This custom 3 bed/2.5 bath log home was built in 2019. Home offers a list of amenities such as custom appliances, granite countertops, lots of new furniture, flat screen TVs, grill and a huge wrap around porch. 1 Gb High speed internet and Verizon cell phone booster! We are only about 20 minutes away from Silver Lake! Recently added more finished basement space w/ mini basketball, bags set, and air hockey table for entertainment.

There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)
