The house is perfectly situated, less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and the town centre, and 10 minutes from the famous Jubilee Pool and 1 mile Promenade. A 5 minute drive from the famous landmark of St. Michaels Mount and the quaint village of Mousehole, and only a 20 minute drive from the breathtaking Minack Theatre. Alternatively, have a cosy night in with games and a 42" TV with Netflix and Prime.

My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.
