A warm & cosy traditional Cornish townhouse in the historic town of Penzance! The house is perfectly situated, less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and the town centre, and 10 minutes from the famous Jubilee Pool and 1 mile Promenade. A 5 minute drive from the famous landmark of St. Michaels Mount and the quaint village of Mousehole, and only a 20 minute drive from the breathtaking Minack Theatre. Alternatively, have a cosy night in with games and a 42" TV with Netflix and Prime.

My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The Big Barn at Porthcurno Barns Family run spacious and cosy barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

3 Abbey Street is my home - it's spacious, light and peaceful, and a great place to unwind. The property is close to the harbour and seafront, to excellent local shops, bars and restaurants and to the train station. 'Santosha' (sleeps 2 ) is in close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches. Marazion is a 3 minute drive away. St Ives only 20 minute drive. The space is clean, contemporary, light and airy. Note : During the peak season June - September we only take bookings for 6 nights plus, unless there is a shorter gap between bookings, then we are happy to take shorter bookings. We allow by prior agreement 1 (sm) well behaved dog.
