Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. Cute apartment with the sea view and private beach that is used by my family and our Airbnb guests. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, laundry room, parking etc. Please note: the lounge chairs and terraces are for exclusive use for our guests, but we cannot forbid anyone to be on pier or rock part of the beach!
