Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house. * Please note, there is a shared driveway. The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

The outdoor undercover deck is a lovely space to sit and relax. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Perfect location, only a 300m walk to beautiful Peregian Beach and Peregian’s main shopping square, restaurants, IGA and chemist.

Amity House is a beautiful Queenslander home ideally located between Noosa and Eumundi. It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. Head out to the beach in the morning, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before toasting marshmallows around the campfire at night. We accommodate up to six adults or families with children up to eight in total.
