Off-street parking; 6 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the cafes and boutiques of Peregian village. Noosa is a 10 min drive away.

Only 300m from the town centre (home of the famous Eumundi Markets), and just a short 20 minute drive to Noosa, but you would never know it! Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

A beautiful townhouse in one of the most sort after locations along the Peregian shoreline. Enjoy the tranquillity of this relaxed complex of three townhouses. Drift off at night and wake slowly in the morning to the sounds of the ocean. A minute's stroll down to the beach will take you to one of the most secluded sections of the Peregian beachfront. A walk along the esplanade is Peregian Village with its friendly atmosphere, wide variety of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

The hide away is nestled amongst silver gums and other native flora situated on our 3-acre property which backs onto a nature reserve. This means there is ample opportunity to spot our local wildlife residents undisturbed such as parrots, frogs, echidnas, kangaroos and possums. This private retreat is ideal for those who want the calm and serenity of the bush and fresh air while also being a close drive or bike ride to Peregian beach, Eumundi and Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
