Modern apartment(45mq) for a couple that want to visit the lake but also for a romantic holiday . The view from the apartment is amazing ! There is a comfortable and confidential terrace available and we have build a swimming pool with a wonderfull view of the lake. You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes).

It is very closed to Perledo Center, with all the service available: market, postal service, pharmacy, bar restaurant at 400 mt. Private parking available.
