The Property The first floor features three beds and essential amenities for a comfortable stay, while the second floor includes a double bed, a standard bed, and additional necessities. A highlight of the property is the private 50-square-meter front yard, perfect for dining, enjoying a coffee, or simply relaxing in the tranquility of Përmet. When you reserve one floor, you also gain access to the other floor at no extra cost, ensuring the entire property is available for your use.

EAGLE HOUSE

My house is located 300m on the North West of the City center , very closed to the city gymnasium. From the balcony of the house you have the best view of the huge stone also a brilliant view of Vjosa river.In the corner of the house on the left side you see the EAGLE sign on the red will help any customer to find the house easier.This house is building higher and in front of sallon you have a special window which allow to have a natural view of the city in different moments.

Villa 19

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We are offering our villa’s first floor. Fully furnished, with two bedrooms, kitchen and its appliances, living room, and a large balcony with garden view. We can accommodate 2-6 people in our house there will be discounts for small children and if we are accommodating more than 5 people. Please feel free to reach out for more info.
