It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

My flat is on the 1st floor, it’s very light and airy with a recently renovated bathroom/walk-in shower and modern kitchen with Bosch appliances.
