We have 2 listings at the rear of our cottage (Holly or Willow) each having their own entrance & en-suite shower room. There's a Freesat tv, mini fridge, kettle, toaster,crockery & cutlery. We provide coffee, tea, sugar & milk pots & couple of breakfast items. We are walking distance to Tarbet pier, Kirk O The Loch,Tarbet hotel & bus stop & train station. I like to give guests privacy & it’s self check in. PLEASE NOTE This is a small bedroom & small ensuite with NO cooking facilities or lounge.

The Studio at Broadleaf is a cosy self contained Guest Suite in Longforgan, just outside Dundee. The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

A perfect base for hiking, biking & water sport around Callander & the Trossachs, & also very central for exploring Scotland. Adjoined to our family home, this studio living space has a cosy sleeping area, en-suite shower room and modern cooking facilities. We use eco-friendly, locally sourced products where possible and donate income to charities.

Come and be rejuvenated in our beautiful, peaceful space - relaxing (luxuriously) in nature, with expansive views, leaving all your cares behind. Brunton Hill can offer you a quiet and very comfortable space to retreat, exploring the very local scenery, walking the dog or on bikes; or, as a base from which to visit St Andrews (16 miles) , Fife Coast and beaches, Dundee and the V&A (12 miles), Southern Cairngorms and Perthshire. The Stag's Rest at Drumdewan Farmhouse, Dull.

A peaceful hideaway in Highland Perthshire at Dull; this secluded suite has a private entrance and small garden. A SUPER-KING bed, luxury linens and a cute lounge to relax in after a days exploring. Stylishly decorated with a mix of new and vintage finds. There is not a full kitchen: no sink or cooker. However, a complimentary continental breakfast is provided to start off your stay. A traditional weavers studio cottage with own entrance. The space has period features, charm and exposed beams along with a log burning stove. The space is laid out as a studio, with kingsize bed, two comfortable leather fireside chairs and log burner. The property also has gas central heating and hot water. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

The property is self contained rooms within main house which have a living/kitchen area, a double bedroom with ensuite toilet, sink and electric shower, there are drawer chests and 2 built in wardrobes. The Meadows is centrally located in Stirling, there is a nearby bus stop or private parking if required. The town centre, the bus station, the train station, Stirling University and the Wallace Monument are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The Meadows is a quiet, friendly street.
