La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

L'appartamento è un bilocale di pregio in uno stabile recentemente ristrutturato, luminoso e panoramico, a 5 minuti a piedi da Corso Vannucci, in pieno centro storico, dentro le mura medievali della città. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa soprattutto di notte non essendoci nelle immediate vicinanze locali notturni. Tutti i monumenti di più grande importanza sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti (Arco Etrusco, Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori, Basilica di San Pietro...).

L’ appartamento e’ prossimo al centro città , a 50 metri dalla stazione Minimetro capolinea 'Pincetto'. E’ nella zona sedi universitarie e del tribunale. E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. E pertanto e’ possibile scaricare i bagagli davanti all’ingresso con l’auto . Con Parcheggio libero o a pagamento frontestrada.
