Land of good food and wine tradition. Not far from the Argentario sea and the Cascate del Mulino di Saturnia with hot water, always accessible and free.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. The house is located in the center of Pitigliano, just few meter far from the Synagouge and the “vie cave etrusche”. It offers an amazing view on the Valley of Meleta. The apartment is furnished with care and with fine antiques.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

A 2 km dal Giardino dei Tarocchi ideato dall'artista Niki de Saint Phalle e popolato da statue ispirate alle figure arcaiche dei tarocchi. A 7 km dalla spiaggia del Chiarone e un rinomato stabilimento balneare, raggiungibili anche in bicicletta. A 14 km (15 minuti di auto) dal lago di Burano, separato dal mare da dune di sabbia, oasi gestita dal WWF.

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

L'Incanto di Civita si trova all'interno dell'antico borgo di Civita di Bagnoregio. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo".
