Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. These include a Prosecco Treasure Hunt, use of a tandem, an old fashioned record player, homemade "Scrum-Pea Cider", a choice of two walks and three hand-picked pubs to enjoy a memorable meal. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

Guesthouse sleeps 6 adults

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival

Free parking and private entrance through a gate at the back of the house. Extra amenities include - travel cot, blankets and dog bed and bowls.

Primrose Hall Holiday Cottage Rutland

Primrose Hall is a beautifully renovated, Grade 2 listed stone barn conversion. It is ideally situated in the Rutland village of Empingham, within walking distance of Rutland Water’s North Shore. Empingham nestles in the Gwash Valley, equidistant from the charming Georgian town of Stamford, and Rutland’s county town, Oakham. The village has a shop, pub, medical centre, and an antique shop just 250m away. The local area also benefits from many other very good pubs, restaurants and cafes.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Helpston Hideaway & Sauna

Nestled in peaceful, private woodland, with private access and parking, but just a stone's throw from village amenities, you'll find our cosy wooden cabin, Helpston Hideaway. It's a perfect escape and we've added some special touches to make your stay even more inviting. Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Outdoor space is aplenty, with private, off-road parking for up to 5 vehicles and a large patio for al fresco dining. Located near the A1 and A47, One Chapel Court offers easy access to Stamford, Peterborough and beyond.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
