In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Within 10 minutes walk there’s a butcher, baker, deli, cafe and restaurants.  Lovely walks across open countryside lead to some of the best eateries in the area. Explore museums and galleries, and enjoy theatre, festivals and punting in historic Cambridge and Ely.

Kingfisher Cottage - stunning riverside location

Beautiful riverside location, perfect for relaxing by the water and watching the boats and wildlife or exploring Newark and the surrounding area. Sleeps up to four people: 1 king size bed with shower en-suite, and two bedrooms with single beds which overlook the river. Fully appointed kitchen, family bathroom with full bath, utility area, dining room and living room with smart TV. French doors open out onto a riverside patio with table and chairs. Bike storage available. Also Wifi & workspace.

The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, overlooking the fishing lake and award winning golf course. Set in tranquil surroundings with everything for a home from home experience. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and 3 tier decking area for those barbeques. There is also a private fishing platform for those keen fishermen, or why not follow the nature trail for a relaxing walk, for the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym/pool.

Riverside Accommodation with private balcony

Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Lakeside Self Catering Lodge

Enjoy a peaceful holiday with wonderful views overlooking the lake. Guests can access the water directly from the decking. There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Why not be bold & try wild swimming or paddle up the river to the pub for a meal then spend your evening fishing from the deck or having a BBQ. There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.

Welcome to our lovely Scandinavian lodge cottage situated on the bank of the lake at Riverside Island Marina. A beautiful and peaceful location with lots of fascinating wildlife frequenting the lake and great fishing from your garden. South facing sunny garden with decked area bordering the lake. Ideal for a peaceful day watching the wildlife on the lake. The fishing from the garden can be really good. Specimen Pike, Zander, Bream, Perch and Roach have all been caught.

Hare's Folly Retreat with private Hot Tub & Sauna

Hare's Folly is an off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Owls Rest) quiet and idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views, beautiful sunsets and an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub. This log houses and its Hot Tub is totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric field gates via Park Farm.
