Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Your accommodation is a 5min walk to Bronte and Tamarama beaches & along the coastal walk to Bondi. Sculptures by the Sea October/November. Vivid Sydney Harbour -WOW light Show May /June. It's a renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Step out of your room into the main hallway of our house to enter your private bathroom. A partition separates your bathroom from the rest of our home for complete privacy. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps
