Take advantage of the inclusive airport transfer to this staffed and fully air-conditioned new villa. Sit down to an inclusive cooked breakfast every morning, together with Delonghi coffee. For entertainment, switch on the 5 Smart TVs with Netflix. * Air conditioning throughout, new Daikin Inverter split systems * 3 Master Suites: King sized beds, Smart TVs, (Australian Channels, AFL, cable and Netflix) * 4th bedroom with 4 x King Single bunks * 4 ensuite bathrooms with towels, toiletries, hair dryer * Good separation between master suites (all with safety deposit boxes) * Universal power outlets throughout Villa * 2 x DVD players. BOSE sound dock * Both inside and outside dining options * Bunk beds are King Singles * Separate media/games room (55'' TV & 10+ children & Adult board games) * Apple ipad for guest use * Large fridge and bar fridge * New Delonghi Espresso coffee machine * Hot/cold water dispenser * Glass water bottles supplied and replenished daily free of charge * Huge Gazebo/outside lounging area with power/USB points and ceiling fan * Large, undercover garage * Baby cot x 2 high chair x 2 * Pool safety fence available and can be errected upon request free of charge * Stair safety gates top and bottom. * BBQ (can be set up by staff upon request) The entire villa. The staff quarters located behind the villa which they access from the garage without disturbing the guests. You are privileged to have Mr Sukra, the local legend, as manager (and other staff) on site daily from 8am - 4pm to cook you breakfast and clean the villa. He is also available 24/7 for emergencies (via mobile). Sukra will also help with anything you need such as currency exchange at the lowest rate; transport requirements, etc. He is multilingual. Surf and snorkel on Seminyak Beach, just 750 meters away from this quiet, upmarket location. Seminyak Village Shopping Mall is less than half the distance, while the many bars, cafes, and restaurants of Eat Street are within easy reach as well. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.
