A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Grazioso appartamento con ingresso indipendente, al secondo piano di una villa signorile. Situata in mezzo alla natura ai piedi del parco naturale del Mont Avic, a 4 km dal casello autostradale di Verres, a 40 minuti da Aosta e 20 minuti dal Forte di Bard. Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.

Il nostro alloggio si trova in un tranquillo borgo di Champorcher, Verana, a pochi passi dall'imbocco per la Valle dell'Alleigne a breve distanza dal Parco del Mont Avic. A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
