This house is just a few blocks from downtown Sedalia and only 2 blocks from family-friendly Liberty Park and the Heckart Community Center that houses an indoor pool, basketball courts, pickleball, daycare and a full gym. In addition, you will be only 2 miles from the Missouri State Fairgrounds

Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. These charms provide natural light and uniqueness to the home with the convenience of modern amenities. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!
