Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Ich vermiete eine frisch renovierte, sanierte und neu eingerichtet 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit herrlichem Bergblick im wunderschönen Luftkurort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Hittisau – ein Bregenzerwälder Dorf mit 2.200 Einwohnern – ruhige, zentrale Lage mit guter Infrastruktur. Vor der Tür: Nagelfluhkette und Hittisberg – ideal für Wanderungen mit der ganzen Familie und Ausflüge in Vorarlberg, in die Schweiz und ins Allgäu. Der Bodensee und Bregenz sind nur 30 Minuten entfernt, Wintersportspaß in Mellau-Damüls (30 Min.), Hochhäderich und Balderschwang (10 Min.). Direkt an der Loipe gelegen, lädt das nachhaltig erbaute Strohhaus zu einem authentischen Erlebnis ein.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Mitten in der traumhaften Allgäuer Seenlandschaft und dem Voralpenland, der idealen Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten, Ausflüge oder entspannte Tage auf der großen Terrasse mit herrlichem Bergblick. Kulturell hat das Allgäu viel zu bieten, von traditionellen Festen bis zu historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Apartment mountain view/sun

A cozy apartment in the Allgäu.:) Freshly renovated, clean and cozy. The mountain view is breathtaking! The quietly located house to which the apartment belongs is a bit older and old-fashioned. Unfortunately, the sauna is currently not available. However, the modern apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The bed is big and comfortable. A second bed is in a separate room. The first mountains are easily accessible on foot. The next ski lift is only a few hundred meters away.

Mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super erreichbar: die Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite, ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Hauseingang. Der Skilift Parsenn und die Wäldele-Egg Loipe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.
