Immersed in tall pines, woods, and the mountains, enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and the Upper Truckee River steps from the back door. Well optimized with pool table, fireplaces, PS5, equipped kitchen, huge dining table, and comfortable furniture. With 7 beds, including 3 king and a bunk room, we can host 8 guests plus extra children 5 and younger.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
