Location, Location, Location! House is in the heart of Southwest Center City, in a very safe neighborhood. 10 min. walk to Rittenhouse. Just got renovated. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one queen bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is on the first floor. Please check about pets. There is a charge of $375 as a RETURNABLE security deposit. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out date, unless there is exceeded housekeeping needed or exceeded utility bills had occurred.

ESCAPE TO THE COUNTRY: Pleasant Grove Dream House

This darling rancher is located in the middle of Amish Country between the towns of Intercourse and White Horse and along the popular Old Philadelphia Pike. It's decorated in a neutral, calming style which makes it the perfect relaxing base for your stay in Lancaster Co. From the back patio you have a spectacular view of the surrounding farmland and can spot over 5 different neighboring farms. An easy drive to all of the local attractions, you'll be sure to have plenty to do during your stay.

New Breeze Guesthouse, 3BDR Home on Quiet Street

This adorable ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious living area, dining area to seat six, and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Located near area attractions but still in the country with fields on 3 sides of the home. No TV but the WIFI signal is good. Walmart and several restaurants are only about 10 minutes drive. Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall within 35 min drive. Amish attractions, Sight and Sound, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland within 40 minutes drive.

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.
