Villa Emmanuela

Villa Emmanuela was the dream project of my grandfather -- a rustic home where friends and family could gather in happiness. This three story villa is located on a 2.5 acre property just outside the quaint fishing village of Neos Pirgos. Surrounded by hills and olive trees, the property includes a vineyard, organic garden, and a gazebo overlooking two charming ponds. Walking distance from the beach, Villa Emmanuela is the perfect place for family and friends to relax and enjoy vacations.

Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.

The communal elevated pier offers the unique sea and mountain views where you can enjoy your breakfast and the afternoon sunset. The beach is only a 3-5min walk away, while our guests are free to use the marine equipment we provide.

Our tiny house "Olivia" in the olive grove will offer you harmony and calmness. In Olivia you will avoid the city noise and lights, but you will have everything you need at hand (supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant are approximately 1km away). The local beach and bars are about 400m away. Reconnect with nature in this unforgettable escape. Enjoy!

A three floor newly build house overlooking the port. Located centrally but in a quiet neighbourhood ,only a two minute walk to the main street and port of Skiathos. Amazing sunrise views, gaze the sailing boats set sail, listen to the sound of the masts when windy and watch the aeroplanes come in to land. Balconies on every floor.
