Torquay - beautiful one minute perfect the next

A recent review :"We had a great stay at Jackie’s place. Comfortable beds, plenty of room an ample supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment and towels. The pool was lovely and within walking distance to a great beach." Walking distance to the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, 1 km morning stroll for beach access /cafes Close to Urangan shopping centre ( Chemist, Post Office, supermarkets, take away venues and cafes and restaurants.) Urangan Pier in close vicinity hosting weekly Saturday markets.

Gateway to Fraser Island(K'gari) and one of the world's best places to see humpback whales. July/ October. Older style brick family home. Painted and new kitchen and bathrooms in 2019z spacious & airy 3 bedroom house, 2 living areas & comfortable beds. Back patio elevated over mature garden & nearby lake giving great breezes. Plenty of play space in garden plus adjoining nature reserve with lake that has turtles & ducks. Great place to wander or picnic by the water. Extra people by negotiation. 1 car garage, driveway & street parking. No pets. Minimum 2 nights.

Beach House

A delightful original beach house in Torquay, walking distance from shops, parks and the beautiful beach. Torquay is a great area for couples and families with wonderful parks, walking paths and bikeways. It has calm protected beaches, ideal for sailing and fishing and you can also enjoy whale watching and visits to Fraser Island. The kids will love the free water park and botanical gardens. Newly renovated with new kitchen, patio and master bedroom.
