Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. Casa con grande giardino e piscina esclusivamente privati a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione del treno. La casa, su due piani, è dotata di ogni elettrodomestico oltre a un parcheggio privato. Nel piano inferiore si trova la cucina, un bagno e una zona living mentre nella parte superiore sono presenti quattro camere da letto e un bagno. E' posizionata a circa 150mt dalla spiaggia, alla quale si può accedere gratuitamente, e a 5.7km da Cefalù raggiungibile comodamente in treno!

Panorami incomparabili, pace e privacy senza compromessi in questo rustico rifugio. La Mora è un casale tradizionale e confortevole immerso nella splendida campagna della Riserva Naturale delle Madonie. Le viste sono mozzafiato, non da ultimo quella dalla piscina panoramica. La Mora è meravigliosamente appartata, eppure in auto è possibile raggiungere il villaggio più vicino (Collesano) e in venti-trenta minuti le spiagge di Cefalù e della costa circostante.
