The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Sunset Holiday House

In the picturesque Sicilian countryside, only 5 kilometres from the famous town of Cefalú and a few minutes from the beach of Capo Plaja, we offer a newly built holiday home for 4 people. The house is divided into two independent flats, with private entrance into the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and room with 2 single beds. Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.

Villa a tre piani all'interno del residence Baia dei 7 Emiri, sulla costa della contrada Mazzaforno, a 3,5 km da Cefalù, dispone di 4 camere da letto, ed un divano letto (per un totale di 10 posti letto), 4 bagni, cucina attrezzata interna e una grande cucina esterna con area barbecue e forno a legna. La villa gode di accesso gratuito e diretto a due meravigliose spiagge e a due piscine condominiali di cui una per bambini (aperte dal 01/07 al 15/09). Ideale per rilassanti soggiorni al mare.

A 15 minuti di macchina da Cefalù, a 300 metri dalla spiaggia delle Salinelle, Villa Laura è la soluzione ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Distribuiti su due livelli gli accoglienti ambienti sono arredati con gusto e comprendono un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, una cucina, due camere ed un bagno con doccia. Il piano superiore è dotato di ampio open space con due letti, futon e bagno con doccia. All'esterno il bel giardino con piscina, bagno, solarium, barbecue, posto auto.

L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.
