La villetta dispone di 2 camere da letto comunicanti fra di loro, una matrimoniale con vista mare e l'altra con un lettino. Ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia di 3 persone. Per accedere nella camera da letto matrimoniale bisogna passare dalla camera con il lettino. Ci sono 2 bagni, uno in camera e l'altro con accesso dall'esterno. Ampio parcheggio all'interno della proprieta'.
