My place is close to parks, the city center, and restaurants and dining. There is great outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is minutes away from Clemson University and to the Football Stadium. I will gladly give you a ride to the stadium! The apartment is great for families during football games! I also have a second unit for rent, in the same house. It sleeps 6-7 people.

We like to say that hospitality has been the “Golden thread” running throughout our lives and marriage. It was in this light that we designed and built our large “modern” farmhouse to include a twist of modern with a nod to the past by using lots of reclaimed and repurposed materials. We brought the “outside” in by including lots of windows to overlook the lake which is brimming with wildlife. We look forward to sharing it with guests. Private Second Floor with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.

There you will find some delicious restaurants, cute shops and a fun atmosphere. Our home is great for elementary kids!
