A delightful garden studio queen bed plus a small lounge, set on the sunny side of Waikawa at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep in the adjacent paddock, 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 minutes to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 minutes drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

Paradise by the Beach. This self contained unit is located in the middle of the idyllic settlement of Waikawa Bay just 10 mins North East of Picton. It has its own bathroom, bedroom and kitchen facilities. Access directly to the beach is just at the end of the driveway and just a short walk will get you to the Waikawa Marina, Restaurant and Bar, or to the endless possibilities of scenic beach side and bush walks. 5 minutes drive will have you at the public Waikawa Bay launching ramp.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

This holiday house is located across the road from the sea shore and has a stunning view of the beautiful bay of Tirimoana/Anakiwa in the Queen Charlotte Sound. Close to the start/finish of the Queen Charlotte Track and midway along the Link Pathway for walking and cycling. Nearby to kayaking and cycle hire and guide facilities and swimming beaches. The main house has two bedrooms and a large sleep out room.
