We are a lovely and Unique experience. Our B and B sits on a working horse therapy ranch offering horse interactions, hiking, fishing, and canoeing which are available , nature photography sessions and yoga with horses are available, outdoor entertainment areas BBq areas, saltwater pool, 2 Family supper s per week are included along with utilities, wifi, and 1 car park, laundry services are available, coffee and tea bar, microwave, small frig, access to freezer, and trailer parking is available

Steel Magnolia Cottage

This is a small farmhouse built in 1895! Freshly updated decor and furniture, enjoy our charming little cottage in the country. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat and a blow up mattress on legs. The front hall has a twin and trundle bed. There is a second bathroom in the living area. A kitchenette with coffee pot, convection toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and large dining table for meals or to work.

Middle of Nowhere

This is a walkout basement space with separate entrance. The bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a sitting area, microwave and dorm fridge. A twin size bunk bed and sofa are available for additional guests. This space is clean and quiet. It's not designed for a luxury get-away but is well suited for anyone coming to the area for their job, for a local event, for visiting family. Our house is located on a gravel road about a mile off the pavement. Breakfast cereal is available if requested.

The Well House

Come enjoy a peaceful and unique stay at our 1914 freshly renovated farmhouse. This sweet beauty has had a makeover from head to toe and she is ready to share her new look with you. The Well House sits in the center of our small but growing town and is conveniently located to everyday needs, as well as many local attractions in the surrounding area. From the front porch you can sip tea and believe you're out in the country while from the vintage back porch you experience the town side of life.

Private entrance & new construction with amazing mountain views & a short walk to nearby pond. This ground-level apt. provides you a place to stay for work, nature, getaway, or a safe/quiet environment to live while building your home/relocating. We are conveniently located south of Atlanta near wedding venues, the ATL & MCN airports, and the Atlanta Interstate System. Countryside beauty with nearby city conveniences make this worthy of your consideration. Home away from home environment.

This historic cottage, nestled among the 17 acre Brookfield Estate, echoes a much slower pace & lifestyle. Travel the tree lined drive towards the bubbling fountain & the main house. This cozy cottage is 1 of 2 charming guest cottages. Both with kitchens, bedrooms & baths. A carriage house barn is yours to enjoy meals, play cards & listen to music. Sit around the bon fire in rocking chairs to share s’mores, watch the sunset & gaze at stars!

Enjoy your morning coffee under the covered porch and enjoy all the beauty nature has to offer. We are less than 35 miles from Hartsfield Jackson Airport and 12 Miles from Atlanta Speedway. Also if your a fan of walking dead or stranger things just ask we can show you local filming spots
