It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Das 6000 qm große voll umzäunte Grundstück bietet viele romantische Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auf mehreren Terrassen, im Garten oder im eigenen Olivenhain. Die modernen Studios bieten allen Komfort auf kleinem Raum. Kinder und Hunde sind willkommen. Jedes Studio verfügt über eine Terrasse. Wer mag kann sich auch massieren lassen oder am Morgenyoga teilnehmen.

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Semiramis Aquamarina is the first floor of the Villa's Blu guest apartments. It has a private entrance, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a closet. In the closet there are a hairdryer, an iron for your clothes and an ironing board. The rooms are bright, overlooking the terrace from which you can see the town of Pylos, the sea, the islands and the olive trees of the fascinating Gialova.
