The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

Welcome to Uncle Dave’s Cabin a cozy 2 bedroom by the Saginaw Bay. This is a smoke free house. Located across the street from Franks Great Outdoors in Linwood. Relax and enjoy the 60 inch flat screen with cable/internet and WiFi. 4 comfy big twin xl beds. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal. Coffee is included. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent is included. A game room out in the barn to play darts or foosball. Card games. Weber grill for cooking outside.
