Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Welcome to our custom-built log cabin on 6 acres in Danbury, WI. This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin with an expansive backyard & stunning patio. It features a stone fireplace, fire pit, lounge sofas, & dining tables. This cabin is private with lush woodlands around it and endless leisures like floating down the river in the summer sun or having a snowball fight as the flakes fall in winter. No matter the season, this cabin is perfect for family & friends to gather to enjoy each other’s company!

The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Come stay at the river this winter! With panoramic views from the living room and bedroom, you will be amazed at the wildlife. Share your time with deer, otters, geese, swans, even an occasional bear. This cabin has direct frontage on the Snake River. Wooded acreage gives you privacy and the up north feeling, yet is less than 1 hour from MPLS, and 10 minutes from historic Pine City, a great place for you to shop and grab a bite. Near state parks for hiking, XC, snowshoeing, snowmobiling.

Relax in a cozy small town setting. Less than 100-yards from the famous Gandy Dancer Trail. In the heart of Danbury you are within walking distance of a local canoe/tubing shuttle service, local UTV/ATV rentals, and the St. Croix Casino-Danbury. Also, just miles from Webster, Siren and hundreds of miles of ATV/Snowmobile trails. Don't forget the thousands of state forest acres surrounding town with many activities! We now offer a Sauna for an additional cost, reach out for details.

North Woods Family Getaway

Whether you need relaxing, or relish fishing, hunting, navigating Wisconsin ATV trails, or biking the Gandy Dancer, we hope you will enjoy our family friendly getaway in the North woods. It is a peaceful place away from the city, where you can bask in the beauty and serenity of the outdoors. From cozy fireplace to wrap-around deck, there is an abundance of enjoyable space. Our home is great for couples, families with kids, small groups and retreats—pets are welcome. Get outside & enjoy!

Peaceful A-frame cabin on Sturgeon Island

Relax, fish, stargaze & enjoy nature at Sturgeon Island A-frame. It sits on 1.5 acres of land and 400ft of shoreline, creating a peaceful & secluded getaway location in Minnesota. It is only 90 min north of Minneapolis and 50 min south of Duluth located on Sturgeon Island on Sturgeon Lake. Fish right from the dock, Kayak & paddle board, or bring your own boat! Grab a cup of coffee and watch the loons right from the deck, unwind & simply enjoy being in nature at Sturgeon Island A-frame!

The whole group will be comfy in this spacious and unique spot in the pines. The overhead door is the only “garage” thing about it! There are plenty of activities in the area, or stay right on our nearly 15 acres of forested land to relax and walk or ride our trails through the trees. We’ve added a screen for the garage door opening. Now you can roll up the garage door to feel like you’re outside! The screen cords have been damaged so it will no longer retract, but works great down!

Sturgeon Lake Studio

Cozy dog friendly studio cabin to get away from it all! Situated on a half acre that also has RV hookups for those that want to park a camper. There are several lakes close by with boat and water access. Tons of hiking and exploring opportunities at Banning State Park, Moose Lake State Park and Jay Cooke State Park. Also in close proximity to ATV/biking/snowmobile trails including the Soo line and General Andrews. 15 minute drive to Moose Lake. And less than an hour from Duluth.

Muskie Lake Cabin

Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. A fire pit is available, ( wood furnished), along with a canoe and 2 kayaks You can fish off the dock or bring your own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent. We will except two dogs.

Crooked Creek Retreat
