Welcome to our charming cottage, nestled just a 5 minute walk away from Priscilla Beach and White Horse Beach. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or peaceful retreat, this cozy cottage features air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a plush king and queen-sized bed, a dining nook for puzzles and games and a fully fenced yard. After a day of sunbathing, swimming, and picturesque sunsets, rinse off in the outdoor shower and grill fresh seafood on the private outdoor patio.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
