We're only 5 miles from Cumberland falls and the famous moonbow, Nearby waterfalls and trails, The Polar express at BSF senic railway. There's an adventure in every direction!!

This is OFF GRID, OFF ROAD, needing off road capable vehicle and adveturous outdoors loving people. This is not a cabin to send grandma in the Camary. {PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION AND PHOTOS} Totally away from society!!

Ranger's Retreat cabin at Big South Fork

The Ranger's Retreat (RR) cabin by Big South Fork will give you all the privacy you want and still convenient to town for the essentials. All of this plus with one of the Southeasts' premier National Park area's in your backyard. The RR cabin is a genuine log cabin made of real white pine logs. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a loft. The RR cabin is great for couples, but the loft with 2 twin beds provides room for a total of 4. Dog friendly (sorry no cats).

A Little Closer to Heaven Primitive Tree house

This little tree house is primitive with no electricity and no water but has a bath house nearby. This is tent camping in a tree house. Located behind the historic R.M. Brooks Store, it is the perfect place to find peace and beauty . Perfect for hikers. Rest in the huge branches of this nearly 100 year old Oak Tree. A Queen bed awaits you for your restful nights sleep. Underneath you can picnic at the table or swing in the swing that hangs below. This is the perfect place to unplug.

Dixie Mtn. Hideout

Enjoy a breath taking Mountain view from your private log cabin as you drink your morning coffee. With memory foam beds you will wake refreshed and ready to enjoy all the Lake Cumberland area has to offer. Within 5 miles to General Burnside Sate Park and boat ramp and Burnside Marina. Your vacation home is only 10 miles from downtown Somerset, somernites car cruise capital! Boat parking available with turn around. Dixie Mtn. Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!

The Bear’s Den

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Smokey Mountains in southern Kentucky. We are situated less than 5 miles from the famous Cumberland Falls! We are close to many hiking trails and water sports. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin boasts a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The deck provides a peaceful view of the beautiful forest as well as a great place to relax and grill your favorite meal! An air mattress is provided for additional guests.

Haven - Ridge Road Scenic Cabins

This secluded, peaceful cabin overlooking the mountains and pond is situated on a 50 acre property which can be used for your enjoyment: exploring, 4 wheeling or fishing. Be apart of the Rustic oasis on “The Ridge” HUGE deck overlooking the pond and relax under the wide open night sky!!! Beautiful view! Pets are welcome :) and a $25 pet fee will be charged if you have 2 pets, if you bring 3 pets there will be a $50 pet fee.
