During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Comfortable studio condo offers a king size bed, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. With recent updates such as new paint/carpet throughout, new furnishings, and blackout curtains this condo will make you feel at home. The hot tubs and laundry room are on the first floor. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. Guests can purchase water park passes online but they are not included in the rental price. Permit 19-09

Lastly, watch the sun rise and set from the mountain/southern facing balcony which gazes upon the gondola making its way up to the summit.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
