L'alloggio parzialmente mansardato è stato ristrutturato ad agosto 2016 ed è composto da ingresso/living con cucina, 2 camere da letto e bagno. Le camere dispongono di aria condizionata e l'alloggio dispone di parcheggio privato all'interno del giardino dell'immobile. E' a 10 minuti a piedi e 3 minuti in macchina dal centro della città.
