Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Paddle boards available upon request. Morgan is surrounded by an abundance of hiking trails, mtn biking trails, ski resorts, and many other outdoor recreation activities. Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

Winter ski getaway

Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
