My house is located within the vacation resort community of Spinnaker's Reach in Emerald Isle, NC and is close to the beach and community pool. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the views, the beach, but most of all because of the location, location, location! Built in 1907 in Downtown Wilmington and moved by barge to Wrightsville Beach in the late 1950's. Owner is an Entertainment Producer and the house is very cozy and full of beautiful antiques. Hardwood floors and a newly designed kitchen. Great relaxing front porch and just 10 houses from the ocean. Makes a great relaxing stay.
