Vivienda reformado, situada en una calle peatonal a 500 metros de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila y muy céntrica con todos los servicios a muy pocos pasos.Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 2 con cama doble de las cuáles 1 con su propio Baño y 1 con cama individual, 1 habitación para planchado. Un porche y una gran terraza. Aire acondicionado en Salón. La vivienda dispone de una terraza grande, un patio trasero y un Porche en la parte delantera de la casa que hacen las noches de verano inolvidables.

Mycket stilrent och renoverat townhouse med härlig sjöutsikt. Huset har ett perfekt beläget bara 5 minuter från en av de bästa stränderna i Spanien. Huset har 3 våningar med 3 sovrum med AC, 3 toaletter, 2 uteplatser samt 2 balkonger. Huset är beläget i en privat gated community med omfattande grönområden, 4 magnifika pooler, tennisbanor och fina trädgårdar. Alicante ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa bort och 10 minuter från flygplatsen. 2 minuters promenad till trevliga restauranger.

Big family holiday house

Have relaxed holiday with the whole family at this beautiful comfortable place. Big rooms, spaces, plenty of place for family and friends. Swimming pool outside to have sunbathing or beautiful summer dinner. The views are stunning, especially on the rooftop terrace. Can see the pink lagoon in front, then the Meditarían see view in one side, and the Orihuela mountains in other side. Unforgettable family evenings.

Ideally located a 2 bedroom southfacing townhouse in the popular area of la Florida. The house is located opposite a park area. The outlook is very pleasant. The house has a sunny roof top solarium with lovely views of the park area and sea. There are also sunny front and rear terraces to sunbathe. The house is a short walk to the communal pool, and also minutes to walk to local bars and restaurants.
