Gorgeous, modern year-round lake house situated just 50 feet from the shoreline of the pristine Sebec Lake in central Maine. The lake house sleeps 9 comfortably with 2 master bedrooms downstairs and a large bonus room upstairs w/ 3 twins and 1 full size. A full bath boasts a granite vanity and a spacious stone tile shower. The open floorplan includes an oversized kitchen, dining, and living area. Outdoor fun awaits with 2 single kayaks, fishing, swimming, corn hole and a propane firepit.

Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.
