The hot tub with the view of the river & the firepit with wood furnished is a great way to spend the day outdoors… Enjoy hiking, fishing, tubing , and watching the wildlife that frequents the property. Songbird Cabin is nestled in a quiet 30 acre mountain setting with an amazing view! The home is clean, private and peaceful. The space includes covered porch dining, firepit, full kitchen and indoor dining, living room, bathroom, and one bedroom. The property location offers quick access to a major interstate putting opportunities in WNC and Asheville within reach. We are short drive from Mars Hill University. Hatley Pointe is a short 20 min drive. Families with kids are welcome. (NO PETS)

Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
