Spend days exploring Perthshire’s historic gems or chasing adventure in the Cairngorms, then settle in by the log burner, gather for big family dinners framed by the hills and glen, let kids loose in the Games Barn and end the day around the firepit under the stars, creating the memories and moments your family will cherish.

Kerrycroy: A hidden gem in Highland Perthshire!

South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

The Old Coach House Blairgowrie

The Old Coach House is in Rosemount, a quiet residential area in Blairgowrie. We are a 15 minute stroll from the clubhouse at Blairgowrie Golf Club and 2 miles from the centre of this attractive market town. With a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, adjacent dining room, and a secluded garden, the house is ideal for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.

Knockfarrie Cottage

Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

If your looking for something a little different then the stable wing of The Bridge House may be just for you! My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. Dundonnachie House (Licence PK11066R)

We really hope you enjoy your stay at Dundonnachie House, the house was formerly used as offices and we have lovingly restored it back to a home. The house is located right in the centre of Aberfeldy, with all amenities within walking distance. There is an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and boutique shops to be enjoyed. The first Sunday of every month(April - Oct), from 10am - 2pm there is the Aberfeldy Farmers Market selling a mix of food, art and craftsmanship.
