Located close to Santas Village. Our home is very family friendly and is close to skiing, golf (Waumbek Golf Course opening Summer 2024) and other outdoor activities. After a long day of adventures, you can relax in the brand new hot tub (April 2023)! Need to work while you are here? Our home office will do the trick!

Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

The Farmhouse at The Cross Farm

1910s farmhouse less than a mile from Mt. Abram main lodge, and 6 miles from Bethel and Sunday river. 3 private bedrooms sleep up to 6, with one full bath (with tub) on the first floor and a small half bath on the second floor. First floor laundry room. A back deck off of the kitchen has seating and a gas grill. Large full eat-in kitchen. Access to 80 acres (for walking and biking, but no motorized off-road vehicles are allowed), and approved pets are welcome!

You will enjoy slow, relaxing mornings on the screened in porch, a large lawn area to the water, docks, swim platforms, access to kayaks, canoes, and a paddle board along with a gorgeous view across Rangeley Lake. The cabin has 1 bedroom along with a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds that the kids will love, and a pull out couch.
