In the middle of beautiful pine forests there is a tiny house, an old farmplace. It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). It has a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom and a huge bathroom with bath. From the windows a picturesque and romantic green Karlova opens up in front of you..

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
