Die wunderschöne Villa Lara im mallorquinischem Stil bietet Ihnen auf 850m² Grundstück alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Das eingewachsene Grundstück liegt in Sackgassenlage in einer Villengegend. Sie haben Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Sa Pobla und Pollenca erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto für Einkäufe und einen Stadtbummel. Badespaß und Entspannung am Strand sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Bummeln liegen in der Bucht von Alcudia und Pollenca.

A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.
