The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

The bright and spacious interior offers AC, heating and a fireplace. There is a dining and living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a small bathroom, and a full bathroom in the master bedroom. It also has has 2 terraces to enjoy the sunny days and lovely evenings. There is a large community swimming pool with a BBQ grill.

La casa está construida a partir de la roca originaria que forma parte del corazón de este espacio. Así, roca, madera y hierro conforman la estética y la estructura de la casa, dando la sensación de estar en un barco que parece albergar una cueva en su interior.
