An apartment of 100 m2 you waits to have a stay of the most wonderful in Paris. 2 comfortables and spacious rooms,one with 1 bed of 160,the other with 2 beds of 80,many storage..They overlook a large courtyard and very quiet. A living room of 40 m2 with 2 sofas and 4 armchairs,a large library and a wall in freestones. 1 coffee-table,1 commode louis XV .Télevision, phone and wifi. 1 kitchen with a table for 4 people, equiped with fridge,1 dishwasher,1 stove,microwave,coffee machine,electic kettle,4 kitchen chair. 1 bathroom with a large window: 2 washbassins, bathtub/shower, washing machine and machine to dry. Enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris while the pace and relax after each typical day in a cosy apartement. The area is very well served by bus and etro. On foot you can discover the Marais, many museums,(Picasso, Carnavalet, Victor Hugo),many shops, restaurants, cinémas without forgetting the Opera Bastille. A unique experience for you.

Charmant studio, situé à proximité immédiate de la place de la Bastille et du métro. Le studio est composé d une pièce à vivre avec un canapé et une table à manger, le lit double est en mezzanine et la cuisine est équipée du nécessaire. Le studio est en rez de chaussée d une cour typiquement parisienne pavée et faite par un architecte. En sortant de la cour vous avez énormément de restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds ainsi que le Marais et sa place des Vosges emblématique à 5 minutes.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!
