I am renting my 40m2 cosy duplex apartment located 3min walk from Gare de Lyon. It is in the 12th arrondissement, very close to Bastille, the Coulée Verte, the Aligre market and the Marais district. 5th floor & NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is clean, well decorated, very bright and quiet. It has Wifi connection, a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a working space area. A delicious boulangerie is located at the foot of the building and supermarkets, cinemas and bars are just 5 min away.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
