The GreyWood - a 2 bedroom bungalow on the Back40

Renovated in 2022, this home is in a quiet street in North Bella Vista! The home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, expansive deck with grill included, open living area, and laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The quiet, back deck has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable, 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!

Kick back and relax in this early 1900’s home. You will feel like you’re in a treehouse hidden behind old growth magnolia trees. -8/10 of a mile to the edge of downtown. (a 16 minute walk or a 3 minute drive) -Street parking. -32 steps to front door. -No locals. -We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance especially in the winter months.
